Jamshedpur, July 23: The 9th installation ceremony of Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur West took place at a city hotel on July 22. The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Parul Mangal, President of AIWC (All India Women’s Conference), who inaugurated the program.
The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome to all the attendees by last year’s President, Ananna Dutta. Secretary Anindita Bera then presented a comprehensive account of the club’s accomplishments during the past year (2022-2023).
In a symbolic gesture, outgoing President Ananna Dutta handed over the club’s leadership to the newly appointed President, Babita Kedia.
Newly appointed President shared her vision and roadmap to guide the club forward and ensure its smooth functioning during her tenure.
During the event, three new members were welcomed into the Inner Wheel Club, and they were administered the oath by PDC Arun Taneja. Parul Mangal, the chief guest, extended her heartfelt congratulations to the newly formed team and expressed her admiration for the club’s commendable work.
Notable attendees included members of the executive committee of Inner Wheel District 325, namely Dr Rita Jha, Alokananda Bakshi, Nibha Mishra, Aruna Taneja, Archana, and Dr Manju Rani Singh, along with several other esteemed members of the club.
The newly appointed Executive Committee for the year 202-24 comprises the following members- President: Babita Kedia, Vice President: Sanobar Hasan, Secretary: Anindita Bera, Treasurer: Papia Chatterjee, ISO: Antara Chakraborty and Editor: Nivedita Sinha
The ceremony was a resounding success, setting a positive tone for the club’s activities in the upcoming year.
