Jamshedpur: Awesome India is going to distribute earthen pots among the residents of the city this Deepawali. The outfit will also be distributing other puja materials among the people. An awareness campaign will be launched on the festive occasion in the various bustis across the city. This was informed here on Wednesday by the national president of the outfit Roshan Jha. Jha was present as a chief guest during a meeting of the outfit members held at Gandhi Ghat near Mango bridge. The meeting was presided over by Rakesh Sahu. The special guest of the occasion was the outfit general secretary Vijay Singh. Sahu said a free health camp would also be organized at various Chhath ghats in the city. Bhog would be distributed among the poor people on the occasion of Kartik Purnima.
Among those present at today’s meeting included Mukesh Yadav, Shravan Sao, Aruna Mukhi, Kamlesh Sao, Santosh Oraon, Raju Gope, Archana Mahato, Neeraj Dubey and Vikas Gope.
