Jamshedpur: Matkumdih, in Kalikapur under Potka Block, will be witness to a two day archery contest in which participants from the locality and the rest of Jharkhand along with competitors from Odisha and Bengal will be competing for top laurels. The archery competition organized by Shikariyan Ganvta group, commenced today. The organizers said that this contest had been organized to raise the interest level of people in archery. The first day saw 500 participants in the competition. This archery meet will conclude on Sunday, February 24.
The organizers included Shyam Besra, Trilochan Tudu, Piyush Bhakt, Police Murmu, Dhaniram Murmu and Rajesh Murmu.
