Jamshedpur: A long-standing demand for a new community building has been fulfilled as the South Eastern Railway Men’s Congress delegation met with Divisional Railway Manager AJ Rathore on Tuesday. The Divisional Railway Manager informed the delegation about the approval received from the Railway Board for the construction of a new community building, considering the deteriorating condition of the Tatanagar Railway Institute.
The proposed community building, set to be constructed behind the running room of Tatanagar, will be spacious and modern. Additionally, plans include the revival and beautification of the old pond in Tatanagar in a fresh and appealing manner.
The delegation, led by Divisional Coordinator Shashi Mishra, consisted of RK Mishra, Ghanshyam Chaudhary, Anil Kumar Chaudhary, Prabhat Kumar Singh, Brijmohan Prasad, and Shoaib Alam.
