Bokaro: On the directives of CRPF 26th Battalion Commandant Rajiv Ranjan, a Civic Action Program was organized on Tuesday to distribute essential items among villagers in insurgency-affected regions, including Badki Seethawara, Ambatand, Rola, Murpa, Jhumra Pahad, and Nawadih of Gomia block.
GD Rakesh Kumar Rai, the Company Command Inspector of Jhumra Pahad, informed that as part of this initiative, school bags, notebooks, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, pens, and other daily use items were distributed to the children in the villages. Additionally, each household received a 150-liter plastic water tank, and farmers were provided with crop seeds.
The distribution event was conducted in the presence of Badki Seethabara Panchayat head Ritlal Mahato, local police sub-inspector Sunil Kumar, Siddhanath Pandey, Nurul Hussain, and CRPF personnel.
