Jamshedpur: The Andhra Association, Kadma, celebrated a historic milestone on Sunday by hosting a grand ceremony to release its Centenary Souvenir (1926–2026). The event, held at the Association premises in Kadma, commemorated a century of the organization’s dedicated service to education, culture, and social welfare in the Steel City.
Honoring a Century of Service
The Honorable MLA of Jamshedpur (West), Saryu Roy, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The proceedings commenced with a traditional welcome address, followed by a solemn tribute to the institution’s founding pioneers and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
The highlight of the evening was the official unveiling of the Centenary Souvenir by Roy. The publication meticulously documents the Association’s achievements and transformative contributions over the last 100 years. In his keynote address, Roy lauded the Andhra Association for its pivotal role in enriching the educational and cultural landscape of Jamshedpur.
