Ranchi, July 6: Former minister Alamgir Alam has sought permission to participate in the assembly session to be held on Monday.
Alamgir Alam’s lawyer has filed a petition in the PMLA court. Which will be heard on Monday.
It is worth noting that Alamgir Alam was arrested by Enforcement Directorate on May 15 in the tender scam case. At present, he is lodged in Hotwar jail in judicial custody.
