Jamshedpur, March 7: A 24-hour �Akhand Rudrabhishek� started at Sri Sainath Devastham Ghorabandha in Telco Mandir premises on Monday at 4 a.m. on the occasion of Maha Shivratri.
The event, organized by Sai Pariwar Vishwa Seva Santhan, saw presence of Acharya Dr. Pankaj Shukla from Kashi and Acharya Brajesh Mani Dixit, who started the rituals in the morning. Sankalp Puja Anushthan was started by Anoop Ranjan, president of Pradhan Yajman Santha and trustee Rashmi Narayan.
Rituals started at 4 a.m. with Sankalp Pujan, Mangal Pujan, Gauri Ganesh Pujan, Kalash Pujan, Mahadev Pujan and Sai Pujan.
At around 6 a.m., �Akhand Rudrabhishek� started wherein 13 acharyas performed the rituals. Devotees thronged the temple since early morning.
