Jamshedpur, July 8 : Fusion Folks organised much awaited VarshaMangal musical event at Loyola Auditorium today. More than thousand people were present to witness Pandit Shree AjoyChakraborty�s gracious presence.
The president of fusion folks, SomadityaMajumdar announced the official launch of the program. After this, ShriGautamUpadhyay of “Shreejak” dance group and Sabyasachi Chand, were honored by the president.
Subsequently, members of the group presented the dance program “Shraddhanjali” The event was well-connected the audience and they continuous applauded. The script of this program is written by Sabyasachi.
After this, Somaditya gives his welcome speech as the President. In his 5 minute brief speech, he made an important announcement. Fusion Folks is going to implement the “Bhaswati Music Scholarship” program. This scheme will be for the victorious children of Music Competition recently held.
Under this program, children who are interested will be given education in good institutions or music houses. From 17 July to 16 August, interested children can fill up the form by visiting the office.
Each year, two children will be selected; they will be encouraged for a maximum of 5 years. Beneficiary children will be selected by a consolidated panel comprising of judges, musicians and fusion folks team.
