Jamshedpur, July 27 : Air Vice Marshal HP Singh, decorated with the Veer Chakra and Vishisht Seva Medal, will visit Jamshedpur on Sunday, July 28 to participate in the Kargil Vijay Diwas Silver Jubilee celebrations organized by the All India Ex-Servicemen Service Council of which he is the Senior National Vice President.

Air Vice Marshal HP Singh, a veteran of the 1965 and 1971 wars, demonstrated exceptional bravery during the Indo-Pak war of 1971. He completed his mission with indomitable courage, conducting heavy bombing in the war zone of East Pakistan and destroying key enemy strategic bases. His significant contributions to this war earned him the Veer Chakra.
Ex-servicemen of the All India Ex-Servicemen Service Council, Jamshedpur, are eagerly anticipating his arrival and have planned a grand welcome and honor for him during the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Kargil Vijay Diwas. State Vice President Rajesh Pandey shared that the main objective of Air Vice Marshal Singh’s visit would be to inspire patriotism and love for the country among today’s youth amidst changing social and strategic circumstances. Additionally, he will review district-level programs of the organization and engage in a special discussion on the future action plan with the council members.
