Jamshedpur, April 26: Advocates in Jamshedpur held talks with ad-hoc Committee Chairman Lala Ajit Ambastha demanding the removal of two containers from the court premises and the establishment of a park. The demand arose amidst discussions on demolishing a park to make way for an e-court.

The ad-hoc Committee, led by Lala Ajit Ambastha, met District and Sessions Judge Anil Kumar Mishra to present the advocates’ demands. Responding swiftly, Judge Mishra instructed the immediate commencement of park construction and ordered arrangements for container relocation by demolishing a wall adjacent to the bar building, making space for advocates’ seating.

The advocates emphasized their commitment by stating their reluctance to resume work until both tasks were completed.

Those present included Moderator Ajay Singh Rathore, senior advocate Devendra Singh, and several other prominent advocates.
