Jamshedpur, August 12: Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Wednesday demonstrated outside the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and later met the senior cop.
Members of the Parishad demanded immediate action against the culprits involved in molestation case of a school girl which took place on a bus couple of days back.
Their demand also included arrest of the one involved in the murder of a Workers College Student cum Dance teacher Sumit Gorai on Tuesday night.
The incident took place in Mango.
The members demanded safety and security for students on and off the campus. The ABVP members were present in large numbers and shouted slogans against the rising crime in the city.
