Jamshedpur, July 5: Former minister and Congress leader Banna Gupta said the Union Budget 2019 had failed to live up to common man�s expectations. He said the Finance Minister had missed many key areas where stress should have been laid by the Central government. He said the increase in excise duty on petrol and diesel would burn a hole in common man�s pocket. He said it is a budget for the rich.
