Jamshedpur, July 5: Jharkhand State Khadi and Village Board member Kulwant Singh Bunty hailed the Union Budget as being pro-development and futuristic. He said the Budget promised fast economic development as promised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The government has left the Income Tax slab untouched which is great news for the middle class, he said.
