Jamshedpur: A group of 90 students from the Business Administration and Geography departments of Karim City College participated in an educational tour on Wednesday. Organized in collaboration with Jamshedpur Management Association, the tour titled Wheels in Motion 3.0 included visits to the Centre for Excellence and PN Bose Geological Park.
During the visit to the Centre for Excellence, students explored various industries and businesses, gaining insights into different business models and industry operations through interactive exhibits and demonstrations. This exposure helped them understand key aspects of the business world.
Following this, the students visited PN Bose Geological Park, where they learned about different types of rocks and minerals. The tour provided them with practical knowledge of geology, enhancing their academic learning with real-world experiences.
The educational tour was led by Dr. Aftab Alam, Coordinator of the Business Administration Department, along with faculty members Dr. Syed Zahid Parwez, Dr. Pasrul Islam, Ayesha Afreen, and Md. Khalid.
This tour proved to be an enriching experience for the students, offering them valuable insights into business and geology. They thoroughly enjoyed the trip while gaining practical knowledge in their respective fields.
