75th edition of Steel City Golf Tournament in Jamshedpur to host 300 golfers from across India

Jamshedpur: The Steel City Golf Tournament in Jamshedpur will celebrate its Platinum Jubilee next year with 300 golfers from across India slated to participate. The historic tournament, scheduled to be held from 16th to 18th January 2026, was established in 1951 and nurtured under the visionary leadership of Tata Steel. It continues to be one of India’s longest-running and most celebrated amateur golfing events.

Organized jointly across the scenic 18-hole courses of Beldih Golf Course and Golmuri Golf Course, the event will witness participation of golfers from across major cities like Patna, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Ranchi, and Delhi, in addition to strong representation from Jamshedpur’s golfing community. Over the decades, the Steel City Golf Tournament has attracted leading golfers, corporate leaders, sports enthusiasts, and dignitaries from across the nation, earning a distinguished reputation for competitive excellence and warm hospitality.
