700 Jamshedpur students to take JEE Advanced test on May 26

Jamshedpur, May 22: A total of 700 students from Jamshedpur are gearing up to appear in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced for admission into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Scheduled to take place on May 26, the exam will see candidates vying for coveted seats in the esteemed institutions.

The JEE Advanced exam comprises two papers, each featuring questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Conducted solely through online mode, the examination is exclusively open to the top 2.5 lakh candidates based on their JEE-Main results.

The exam will span two shifts, with each shift lasting for three hours. The first session commences at 9 am, followed by the second session at 2.30 pm. Following the examination, candidates’ response sheets will be released on May 31, allowing them to review their answers.

Furthermore, the provisional answer key for JEE Advanced 2024 will be published, enabling students to raise objections until June 3. Subsequently, after considering these objections, the results are slated for announcement on June 9, marking a crucial milestone in the academic journey of aspiring engineers.
