Jamshedpur, April 14: RVS College of Engineering and Technology (RVSCET) is set to host the 5th IEEE International Conference on the 15th and 16th of April. The conference being organized in association with IEEE, USA, will be convened in the college auditorium.
At a press briefing, RVS Educational Trust Chairman Binda Singh, Secretary Bharat Singh, Treasurer Shatrughan Singh, and Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari provided details about the event. Prof. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, the Principal and Conference Chairman, emphasized the significance of sophisticated research in shaping India’s development trajectory. He highlighted the need for intensive research in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Quantum Computing, Data Science, and Renewable Energy.
Over 600 papers have been submitted from around the world, out of which 120 have been selected for presentation. Seventeen of these papers are from students across Jharkhand, including RVS Engineering College, reflecting the state’s growing prominence in the field of research.
The inaugural session of the conference will feature Prof. (Dr.) DK Singh, Vice Chancellor of Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi, as the chief guest. Eight sessions will be conducted during the conference, with distinguished speakers including Prof. (Dr.) G Sahu from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and Prof. (Dr.) SM Mahboob Ul Haq Majumdar, Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University, Bangladesh, delivering keynote speeches.
On the conference’s conclusion, all presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore, contributing to the dissemination of cutting-edge research in the field of computer science and technology.
