Chaibasa : A five-year-old child died after being buried under the rubble of a mud house in Kankushi village under the Mufassil police station area of West Singhbhum district. At the same time, soon after receiving the information of the incident, the police rushed to the spot and started investigating the matter.
At the same time, mud houses have come to the brink of collapse due to heavy rainfall. In the Kankushi village of Mufassil police station area, the child was playing near the wall, at the same time suddenly the mud wall collapsed due to which the five-year-old child got buried in the mud debris. This led to his death on the spot itself.
After the incident, the villagers, including the village head Nirsh Devgam, somehow pulled the child out of the rubble. Police station in-charge Ashutosh Kumar said that the mud wall had fallen due to continuous torrential rains for two days. The child was playing at the same place when the wall fell.
