Jamshedpur, May 5: Shyam Bhatli Pariwar Charitable Trust of Jamshedpur organized 46th Shyam Mahotsav program at Gujarati Bhawan in Bistupur on Wednesday evening. Devotees in large number gathered at the venue for evening of nonstop bhajans.
The devotees also danced on the bhajans presented by artists till late in the night. The main organizer of the event was Chitarmal Dhoor Family. The religious program which started with Ganesh Vandana continuted till 12.30 in the night. Earlier at around 8 pm devotees Baba Shyam was worshipped.
A stately darbar of Baba Shyam was put up by the members of the Bhatli Pariwar. At the event famous artist from Kolkata Manish Sharma along with several local artists including Mahabir Agarwal and Neeraj Jalan made the devotees sway by presenting bhajans of Baba Shyam.
The main attraction of the religious program was decorated darbar of Baba Shyam, Chappan Bhog, Akhand Jyot and Shyam Rasoi Prasad.
Chappan Bhog was offered after the makeup. On the occasion devotees prayed for the well being of all which was followed by Mahabhog distribution.
To make the event successful President Rajesh Pansari, Sunita Pansari, Puja Agarwal, Govind Nagelia, Suman Nagelia, Nitesh Dhoot,Anil Goyal, Gagan Rustogi, Sudhir Agarwal, Ashish Agarwal, Amit Poddar, Mahesh Singhania,Sanjay Parik, Deepak Agarwal, Murari Agarwal and others played a vital role.
