Jamshedpur, Sep 23: Employees of Jamshedpur’s Beldih Club will receive a 20% bonus this year. The agreement was signed on Friday.
The bonus will be credited to employees’ bank accounts. As per the agreement, the maximum bonus will be ₹57,358, while the minimum will be ₹36,012.
On behalf of the management, the agreement was signed by Club Chairperson Atrayee Sanyal (VP HRM, Tata Steel), secretary PK Ghosh, joint secretary Ayan Lahiri, treasurer Vishal Agarwal, and other committee members.
Representing the union were president Rakeshwar Pandey, deputy president BK Dinda and general secretary Dadan Singh.
