180 villagers get free eye check at Craftsman Automation camp

Gamharia, Jan 06: Craftsman Automation in Gamharia Industrial Area organized a free eye checkup camp at Uparbera Middle School. Out of 180 villagers who had their eyes tested 40 were detected with cataract. The company gave free spectacles to 80 other villagers with vision problems.

Chief guest on the occasion Gamharia police station OC Krishna Murari inaugurated the camp by lighting the traditional lamp. He observed on the occasion, �Eyes are important organs of the body without which life is shrouded in darkness. That is why you should get your eyes tested at regular intervals.�

Guest of honour BEEO Kanan Patra and Craftsman Automation VP BL Gangaras also addressed visitors to the eye checkup camp. Among those present included the company�s Plant Head Vidya Prakash, Jay Shankar, Sanjay Kumar, Ilek Mahto, Avinash Soren and many others.
