The campaign should include mukhiya and panchayat members and places with maximum dropout should be made center of campaign, she said.

The CS said that SMC (school managing committee) should be made strong and effective so that the governments resolution could be implemented effectively. Cent percent attendance of students in schools should be ensured. The work of all SMCs should be reviewed at district level every month and at block level on every Guru Gosthi day in which the presence of mukhiya is must. It should be ensured that no dropout happens in rural areas and SMC and BEO should be made responsible for it, she said.
