Jamshedpur, Feb 13: The 104th Zonal Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (ZRUCC) Meeting will be conducted by South Eastern Railway (SER) on 25th February 2025, from 11:00 AM onwards at Kolkata. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Pankaj Kumar Gupta, Deputy General Manager (G), SER, in the presence of the General Manager, Chief Public Relations Officer and other senior railway officials.
The meeting will be attended by Members of Parliament (Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha), Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Passenger Associations, Trade Associations and ZRUCC members from West Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand, which fall under the jurisdiction of SER.
An SER official stated, “This meeting is a crucial platform where key stakeholders can voice their concerns and propose improvements to railway services in the region.”
The agenda will include discussions on passenger amenities, infrastructure development, railway safety and service efficiency.
