Seraikela, Sept. 16: Seraikela-Kharsawan Zila Praishad chairperson Shakuntala Mahali headed a monthly meeting of the Zila Parishad on Saturday. She reviewed the progress of various department and said that government schemes should be brought to ground so that the public scheme should benefit the last person. Members of the Zila Parishad said that due to network issue the ration couldn�t be made available to beneficiaries and several of the families have still not got the ration card.
