YUVA to run campaign to open bank account for MGNREGA workers

Jamshedpur: Social organization Youth Unity for Voluntary Action ( YUVA) will launch an awareness campaign at Potka block for MGNREGA workers to open bank account.

Secretary Barnali Chakraborty during meeting on CFT at Ranchi on May 28 Commissioner has directed that within ten days MGNREGA workers bank accounts target should be met.

YUVA has made strategy to meet the goal of opening a bank account.

At the meeting it was decided that the panchayat representatives, working in collaboration with the village head will be involved in the campaign.
