Youths teach us to respect tricolour

Jamshedpur, August 21: The trodden down national flag which left at several places of the city after the Independence day celebration were collected from the sewers, garbage and main roads by the youth team of ‘Voice of Humanity’ and paid respect to the tricolour during a programme organised at Bistupur on Sunday.

The members sang the national anthem and saluted the national flag. Later the members of the team made the people aware that one must pick up the flag lying down anywhere. They told that it’s the duty of 125 crore people of the country to see that our national flag is not insulted.

Today people leave the national flag lying in the garbage and sewer after the celebration should remember that soldiers are fighting for their motherland.

As an Indian it’s our duty to respect the tricolour. Present on the occasion was Hari Singh, Mahesh Sinha, Chitranjan Singh, Rahul Sinha, Sudhanshu Kumar, Dilip Mishra, Pavan Kumar Gope, Deepak Kumar, Vikash Kumar and others.
