Jamshedpur: The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Karim City College convened a youth Parliament on Sunday as a part of programmes being held ahead of National Unity Day going to be celebrated on 31st October. The Youth Parliament was convened to hold a debate on the topic �Is unity in diversity the real strength of India?�
The representatives of SPARK, Rotaract Club and other units of the college spoke for and against the topic. A total of 35 representatives spoke on the topic. The programme was chaired by the senior NSS volunteer Anmol under the guidance of Dr Anwar Ali and Syed Sazid Parvez. The students present on the occasion included Aman, Pragya, Sanjay, Subrato, Srishti, Amit, Madhuri, Akash, Nadeem, Riya, Vishal and Shahbaz.
