Jamshedpur, Dec 16: “The youth of Jharkhand are a disillusioned lot. All the big promises of providing five lakh jobs to the state’s youth lie like shattered glass as the Hemant Soren government has failed to keep its promise and belied the expections of the young people,” observed BJP Mahanagar president Gunjan Yadav while counting out the failures of the present state government.
The BJP Mahanagar president said that Jharkhand was back in the throes of extremist activities and all development projects had been consigned to the backburner. Gunjan stated, “Migration of workers remains unchecked. Add to that crime against women, political violence, shortcomings on the health front, are but a few of the unaccountable ills that plague the state. The BJP government prior to this current setup had given new dimensions in the field of development.”
Gunjan Yadav further stated that the BJP could just not remain as fence sitters and watch the miseries of the people of Jharkhand being piled on. He reaffirmed that the party would continue to discharge its responsibilities towards the people as a strong opposition and if and when needed would be to the fore in taking people’s issues from the streets to the Assembly. In conclusion, Gunjan Yadav, the BJP Mahanagar president observed, “The grand alliance builds its empire on hoax. Castles built in the air do not take time to crumble and the current Jharkhand government has left the citizens in despair.”
