Jamshedpur, July 27. A youth died after being hit by a train on the down line of Tatanagar railway station on Thursday morning.
The railway employees informed the railway officials in the morning. After getting the information, the Tatanagar Railway Police reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. The deceased has not been identified. The age of the deceased is said to be around 40 years.
According to the information received, the railway workers were going towards the down line on Thursday morning when they saw a dead body on the down line. At present, the dead body has been kept in the mortuary of the post-mortem house for identification.
