Jamshedpur: Youth Awareness Yoga Fest organized by Gayatri Parivar, Tatanagar, continued the second day at Baridih Club House ground on Saturday.
A large number of youths, children, women and aged people participated in the training programme.
Yoga trainers Hridayanand Barik, Nitesh Sharma and Laxmi gave tips to the participants on various postures of yoga and told them how to perform various asanas.
A career counseling session was also organized on the occasion. Specialists from Dev Sanskriti University trained the participants on yoga, laughter therapy, clapping therapy and other methods of treatment.
A cultural programme was also organized during the festival. Yoga discourses were given by Jairam Motlani from Shantikunj. Theme based yoga demonstration was also given during the programme.
