Jamshedpur, March 8: An Open Drawing and Painting Competition was organised at Falah English School, Azadnagar, Mango, to encourage creativity and artistic talent among children. Around 70 students from nearly 22 schools participated enthusiastically in the event.
The programme began with a welcome address by Mahboob Alam, who greeted the chief guests, teachers, parents and students present on the occasion. The event was attended by chief guests Tarique Parvez, HOD of Chemistry and senior Plus Two faculty of Mathematics, and Zainab Parvez, English faculty of Kerala Public School Kadma.

Speaking at the event, Zainab Parvez highlighted the importance of trained and dedicated teachers for the overall development of children. She said teachers not only provide academic knowledge but also help students develop discipline, confidence and strong values so that they can grow into responsible citizens. She also appreciated the students for participating in the competition during the holy month of Ramadan.
School Chairman Md. Siddique Ansari said the school was established with the aim of providing quality education to children in the area.
In the senior section, winners included Hareem Fatima, Ahmad Raza, Mehar Khan and Afiya Perween, while Rehan Ansari, Mariyam Fatima, Bushra Naaz and Ayesha Jahan won prizes in the junior section.

Hareem Fatima – J.H. Tarapore School, Ahmad Raza – Kids International School, Mehar Khan – RVS Academy, Afiya Perween – Vivekanand International English School
Junior Section:
Rehan Ansari, Mariyam Fatima – Al-Ammara Public School, Bushra Naaz – A.T.P English School, Ayesha Jahan – Al-Ammara Public School.
At the end of the program, Principal Anusuya Barua delivered the vote of thanks, expressing special gratitude to Global Learning Center for their support in making the event successful. She also thanked all the parents, teachers, and participants for their cooperation and informed that the admission charge at the school is currently completely free, so that more children can benefit from quality education.
