Jamshedpur, March 8: Tata Motors Jamshedpur celebrated International Women’s Day with enthusiasm as women employees marked the occasion at their workplaces. The celebrations included cake-cutting ceremonies where women colleagues joined their managers and male co-workers in a spirit of appreciation and unity.
A special lunch was also arranged in the canteen to make the day memorable. Despite the celebrations, women employees continued to perform their duties during their shifts and took time to meet and greet each other during the cake-cutting and lunch breaks.
More than 1,200 women employees participated in the celebrations, reflecting the company’s commitment to recognising and supporting women in the workplace.
