Yojna Banao Abhiyan will initiate from Getalsud gram panchayat: CM

Ranchi, Jan. 13: Addressing the people in Angara block, Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that even after 67 years of freedom, villages are far away from basic infrastructure. The time has come when villagers have to decide the kind of development they want.

Under Yojna Banao Abhiyan, an action plan should be made to remove the gap between mass and governance. For this the youth and elderly one should take the initiative so that gap between power and the people gets minimized.

Villagers need to fix their needs. If villages are developed, farmers become advance, then only we can imagine a developed state. Every individual should extend his support for the Inclusive development of the villages.

The CM directed the secretary to provide Ration Card to every villager. Capable people are requested to surrender their Ration Cards.

Showing his concern for the removal of drugs from the villages, the CM laid emphasis on drug free villages. Government will provide the amount of Rs.1 lakh as a reward to the Drug-free village. He said that villagers need to aware themselves and update themselves from basic information so that nobody can ever cheat them.

The role of middlemen will not be tolerated. The state will provide an ambulance at every health center of the state. People should join their hands for making Jharkhand corruption free. If they find anyone guilty register a complaint by dialing 181. Government will take action in 24hrs.

In addition, the CM said that villagers should help the government fulfill the dreams of Mahatma Gandhi i.e, Clean India. The government will make every effort in schools to restrain dropout & girls should be married only after completion of 18 year.

In the next budget, government will directly give Rs 70-80 Lakh to panchayats for execution of the policies. Chief Secretary will target 2 panchayats of every district. Deputy Commissioner will target 5 panchayats in each district and the ministers will target different districts to make policies.

Government will make animal hostels & those who don�t have their own land, govt. will provide the same. All schools will be provided benches and tables within 2 years . Bench desks will be provided at all high schools before 31 March 2016. From Std 8th and 9th skill development centers will be Started in every district. 6,000 people will get free LPG connections.

The CM laid special emphasis on saving girls. He appealed to people to take Swami Vivekanand as their ideal.
In the meeting, Principal Secretary, RDD Mr. N.N.Sinha, MGNAREGA Commissioner Mr. Siddharth Tripathi, Ranchi DC, the Panchayat planning dal, community planners, rojgar sewaks, students & villagers were present in great number.
