Seraikela: A yoga and karate training programme started off at KVPSD Girls High School, Seraikela on Saturday.
The girls are being trained to defend themselves in tough situations and are also being taught how to perform yoga.
The principal in-charge of the school Niyati Sarangi and other teachers were present during the training programme.
