Jamshedpur, June 21: International Yoga Day, an initiative of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was observed at Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) on Tuesday.
Yoga demonstration, which included surya namaskar, ek pad chakrasan and three types of pyramid formations were presented before the students.
The teachers also demonstrated the yoga asan.
The benefits of yoga were discussed at length.�
