Jamshedpur: Sri Radhe Yoga Centre was inaugurated at Shri Shyama Complex near Vir Kunwar Singh Chowk at Station Chowk on Sunday by district president of Bharatiya Janata Party, Dinesh Kumar.
In his address, Kumar said that learning yoga helped a person remain healthy and free of all sorts of diseases lifelong. He said that the benefits of yoga extended beyond the physical well being of a person.
�Yoga connects us to God and gives us the feeling of unity with our creator. This is why we all need to perform and practice yoga in all its forms,� Kumar said.
The students of the institute gave a presentation of different yoga postures which was appreciated by the guests. The manager of the Centre, Azad Tiwary, 23, informed the students and guests about the various benefits of yoga. He also gave tips to the performers to perform yoga with efficacy.
Tiwary said the Centre would be training people of all age group, especially children, youths, women and senior citizens. The fee is nominal as compared to the benefits being provided to the learners, he said.
Among others present on the occasion included Suraj Ojha, Abhishek Ojha, Vijay Pathak, Shahanshah Tiwary, Sonu Singh, Tinku, Deepu Pandey, Shubham Pandey, Manoj Rai and Udit Tiwary.
