Jamshedpur, Dec 23: To give students practical exposure during their MBA/BBA/BCA course fun based education are the only best medium. XPLORE 2013 kicked off at Netaji Subhash Institute of Business Management (NSIBM) with this basic objective in mind. The total theme behind the event was that the students should participate in various events which would give the ground exposure of market research, product promotion activities, strategic planning, team building etc.
In depth business and management challenge is of particular interest to every student in their future.
The students were asked to form companies with a group of 25 to 30 members each where they had to elect a CEO and a team leader for themselves. The first day of the event was of Management games like Brick bridge, Land mines, Blind death, Caterpillar, Rope way etc. where all the companies fought strategically on various challenging events and amongst the six companies which were formed the maximum prizes were won by.
The second day will be called Talentine day.
