The annual disguised Market and Consumer Behaviour Research Fair conducted by the Marketing Association of XLRI or MAXI.
MAXI FAIR is one of Jamshedpur’s biggest events, and for the first time, it has gone virtual, now looks forward to hosting the rest of India. The two-day marketing extravaganza continues to carry on the legacy and promises to build on the innovations it has introduced over the years.
Conceptualized by XLRI faculty Dr. Sharad Sarin in 1979, MAXI Fair allows students to learn the fundamentals of market research hands-on and enables them to come up with insights. With a mission to popularise the discipline of marketing at the institution; the event will witness students conducting research in disguise for various firms to study trends in market and consumer behavior.

Finally, there will be two new events planned out- Cricket Mania and Photography. Capture the hidden gems of Jamshedpur with your camera or pit your wits against raging cricket fans.
