Jamshedpur: XLRI Leadership Education and Development (XLRI LEAD), in partnership with Sorbonne Business School, Paris, has launched the inaugural batch of its Executive Development Programme in Global Strategy & Leadership for Healthcare Professionals. This 10-month blended program targets senior leaders across hospitals, life sciences, and MedTech, building their capacity to lead digital and organizational transformation.

The curriculum equips participants through five core pillars designed for the modern healthcare C-Suite:

Addressing a Global Talent Shortage
The program arrives as the healthcare industry faces a looming talent crisis. McKinsey estimates a global shortfall of ten million professionals by 2030. Meanwhile, the global healthcare staffing market—valued at USD 41.7 billion in 2023—could surge to USD 74.2 billion by 2032.

Program Structure and Eligibility
- Format: 11 modules delivered via a Direct-to-Device platform, featuring live lectures, simulations, and a capstone project.
- Immersion: A five-day on-campus session at the XLRI Delhi campus.
- Eligibility: Graduates or postgraduates with at least 10 years of experience (5 years for doctors and hospital owners).
- Certification: Graduates receive dual certification from XLRI and IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, along with XLRI Executive Education Alumni status.
