Jamshedpur: XLRI Xavier School of Management hosted its 24th Graduation Ceremony for Corporate and Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) Programmes at the Tata Auditorium on Saturday. The event reaffirmed the institute’s legacy of academic excellence and leadership development.
Manoj Munjal, Managing Director and APAC Lead for Strategy & Consulting at Accenture, attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
Director Fr. George Sebastian welcomed the gathering and applauded the graduates for their resilience. He emphasized that in today’s dynamic professional landscape, upskilling has become essential. He commended the cohort for successfully balancing rigorous academic pursuits with their professional responsibilities.
Fr. Donald D’Silva, Dean of Administration & Finance, introduced the Chief Guest and underlined the importance of value-driven leadership and leveraging technology for sustainable global impact.

Under the Corporate Programmes wing, 31 participants received their Executive Diploma in HRM, while 41 participants from the Accenture PGCHRM cohort awarded their diplomas, highlighting strong industry-academia ties.
The institute awarded XLRI Gold Medals to top-ranking participants to honor academic excellence. The winners included Ankit Malhotra, Vishavpreet Kaur, Rishabh Rawat, Rishabh Ravichandran, Yash Gautam Agrawal, Chaya Prateksha Thangalapalli, and Sneha Susan Jacob.
In his address, Manoj Munjal praised the graduates’ discipline. He encouraged them to embrace lifelong learning, develop sound judgment, and adopt an “ownership mindset.” He urged the new graduates to remain grounded in their values while defining success on their own terms.
