Xavier School Gamharia bids farewell to Fr Savri Muthu

Gamharia, May 13:  A farewell ceremony was organized at Xavier School in Gamharia on Friday, May 13 to bid adieu to Fr Savri Muthu, SJ who was also the school’s treasurer. Fr Savri Muthu  will take charge as Principal of Loyola School at Kalijharan in Sambalpur of Odisha.

Xavier School Principal, Father Dr Tony Raj SJ, in his address described Fr Savri Muthu  as a dedicated guardian of students and his role in the achievements of the institution. He wished Fr Savri Muthu  a bright future.

The school students presented cultural programmes to enthrall the audience. Father Savri Muthu , in his farewell speech, got emotional as he recalled his memorable moments spent at the Xavier School. He thanked the school management and the children for providing him unforgettable experiences. Members of the faculty and staff who were present at the function included Vice Principal Fr Dayanidhi SJ, Sister Rashmi, Archana, Prabhat Mishra, Mukti and Jyotsna.
