Jamshedpur: The Tata Steel Sports Department conducted a comprehensive workshop on the Sports Code of Conduct for the Jamshedpur FC Staff and Coaches. The session, held on Tuesday, saw the participation of administrator staff and senior team coaches.
The workshop focused on the importance of ethical behaviour, adherence to Tata Values, and maintaining a professional code of conduct while nurturing young talent. Coaches were guided on how to create a positive and respectful environment that helps athletes bring out their best both on and off the field.

The session underlined Jamshedpur FC and Tata Steel’s joint commitment to developing a value-driven sporting ecosystem that builds both skill and character from the grassroots level.
