Jamshedpur: Jusco Shramik Union president Raghunath Pandey on Saturday said the employees should take a decision on whether they have to avail the benefits of the ESS scheme launched in JUSCO or not.
He said the workers should not come under the influence or pressure of the union leaders. He said the management will not pressurize the workers in this regard.
He said the union was no party in the decision making process regarding ESS.
He said the employees should use their wits in taking a decision on the ESS proposal while adding that the union will not make any recommendations in this regard.
