Ranchi, May 23: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that after formation of local policy, the youths of Jharkhand have proved their worth and got jobs.
All vacancies are in the process of being filled. He said it while giving appointment letters to 383 kakshpaals in the conference hall of Project Building.
Out of the 383 kakshpaals, 381 are from Jharkhand. He said that the shortage of manpower in jails will be sorted out with these appointments.
Addressing the wardens, he said that they should work as torch bearers to prisoners in jails and guide and help them to be good and law abiding citizens. They should be equally dutiful to one and all in the jail campus and help in implementing welfare schemes for prisoners.
CS Raj Bala Verma, Principal Sec Home S. K. G. Rahate, Personnel Principal Sec Mrs. Nidhi Khare, Jail IG Suman Gupta, ADG P. R. K. Naidu, JPSC Sec Mr. Meghu Baraiek and other officers were present on this occasion.
