Chaibasa, October 20:State HRD Minister Dr.Neera Yadav chaired a joint meeting of 20 points executive and district planning committee at DC office on Thursday.
The Minster took stock of the situation of all governments departments based on the issues raised by 20 point members and vice-president which come under 20 points and directed the authorities to take serious issues raised by the members.
The issues which were raised in the meeting include the name of all under privileged families are not mentioned in the ration card, incomplete work of Indira Awas, allotment of Indira Awas to undeserving families, substandard construction of toilets, miserable condition of health centers, poor facility in hospitals etc.
The Minster warned the concerned officers that we won’t tolerate negligence and slackness of the officers in doing the scheme of the poor.
The Minster also asked the forest department to provide compensation to the families whose houses and properties were damaged due to the elephants attack.
Present at the meeting were MLA Joba Majhi, MLA Deepak Birua, MLA Niral Purty, MLA Shashibhushan Samad, DC Dr Shantanu Kumar Agrahari, DDC and others.
