Ranchi: Police recovered the half-burnt body of a woman from Bank Colony under Sadar police station area of Hazaribagh on Saturday.
The body was found inside a septic tank in a newly-constructed building. Cops handed over the body to a local NGO after postmortem examination.
They have begun investigation into the incident.
