Jamshedpur, July 27: Police on Wednesday arrested a man accused of raping a women inside his home in Khukhradih under Parsudih Police Station late on Tuesday night.
The other accused is still at large and police is conducting raids to arrest him. The victim has been sent for medical check-up at Sadar Hospital in Parsudih.
According to reports, the arrested accused Tinku along with his friend entered the house of a women when his husband Tarkeshwar had gone for prayer.
One of the accused kept knife on the throat of the child of the woman and other raped her. The victim registered a case at Parsudih Police Station.
This was informed by Shankar Thakur, incharge of Parsudih Police Station.
