Withhold lottery results of DAV Bistupur: Ankit

Jamshedpur: District BJP spokesperson for East Singhbhum Ankit Anand here on Thursday demanded that the district education department should stop declaration of results of the lottery conducted by DAV School, Bistupur, for admission in Nursery. In a letter to the deputy commissioner and district superintendent of education, he said the district administration had fixed 20th January as the date for announcing admission results for all schools.

He further alleged that the DAV School, Bistupur, had violated the guidelines of CBSE as well as the provisions of the Right to Education Act. He said announcing the results now and revoking it later, depending upon the situation, would cause disappointment to the children and their parents.
