17 students score 95 % and above
Jamshedpur, July 15: The long wait of the CBSE Class 10 students was finally over as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results on Wednesday afternoon.

Continuing the tradition, students of DAV Public School, Bistupur again hogged the limelight with 17 students of the school scoring 95 % and above marks. Deepanshu Sau was declared the school topper and third city topper scoring 98 % marks in the CBSE class 10 exams.

Six students of the school who are in the top 17 list securing 95 % and above marks scored perfect 100 in Mathematics while three students managed to score full 100 marks in Foundation of Information Technology (FIT).

School topper Deepanshu Sau scored perfect 100 in Mathematics and Foundation of Information Technology (FIT), 97 in English and Hindi and 98 in Science and Social Studies.

Rahul Mahato was the second school topper scoring 97.4 % marks while Om Mishra and Priyanshu Sagar bagged the joint third spot with 97.2 % marks.

The fourth school toppers were Swarnim Raj and Srijan Ranjan who scored 96.6 % in class 10. With 96.4 % marks the fifth school toppers were Pranjal Singh and Satwik Rath. ��

Principal of DAV Public School Bistupur, Pragya Singh seemed elated with the performance of school kids. “The school students have excelled and have put up a brilliant performance in this difficult time. The teachers have put in a lot of labour and gave extra classes to the students so that they can give their best, “said Singh.
